Basic ~
Eyes of the Sea - This power allows the character to view past events that have occurred around a standing body of water, as if they were that body of water. This is a Static Mental challenge, with a target number depending on the amount of time the character wishes to look back upon. One trait is a day, two traits is a week, three traits is a month, four traits is a year, five traits is ten years, etc.
Jail of Water - This can only be done in the presence of a sizable amount of water. The caster engages the target in a Physical challenge risking a number of physical traits. If the caster wins the number of traits risked is the difficulty in a Static Test for the target to break free. The target can retest with the Survival ability. Target cannot perform any actions aside from trying to break free. Mortals will begin to suffocate.
Intermediate ~
Dehydrate - This path allows the caster to pull small amounts of water from the targets body from a distance. The caster makes a Willpower test against the targets stamina traits, If won the caster engages the caster in simple tests, If the caster Wins he continues to makes tests till he ties or fails. Every success won does a health level of damage to Mortals and destroys one Blood trait in a Kindred. The Target can retest initial test with Survival. If any damage is done the target must make a Static one trait test or be immobilized with pain for five minutes.
Advanced ~
Flowing Wall - A standing body
of water touched by the caster becomes impassible to all supernatural creatures
for one night. The Caster spends one Willpower and makes a Static one trait
willpower test to successfully accomplish the task. In order to pass the
barrier the character must make a six trait Physical challenge. This can
be negated by the caster at will.
