Sight of the Strings

You can view the thin tracings of the Blood Bond emanating to or from Kindred, and this power allows you to determine wether another Kindred is Regnant or Thrall in their Bond. A Mental Challenge is required, and you must have an unaided view of the subject. [IE: No binoculars, telescopes, etc, etc.]

Impressions

You can weaken, or strengthen, any Bond(s) flowing around yourself or other Kindred. This manipulation is usually felt as either a euphoric high or a saddening depression by the subject(s), although you are immune to these effects. A Mental Challenge is required, as well as the expenditure of one (1) temporary Willpower Trait. You must have an unaided view of the subject. [IE: No binoculars, telescopes, etc, etc.]

INTERMEDIATE

Switching the Bonds

You can reverse the flow of any Bond(s), in effect turning Regent into Thrall and visa-versa. A Mental Challenge for both Regent and Thrall is required, plus the cost is one (1) temporary Willpower and one (1) Blood. You must have an unaided view of the subject. [IE: No binoculars, telescopes, etc, etc.]

Cleaving the Bond

You can sever the Bond(s) between yourself and other Kindred. For a little exertion of Willpower and Blood, this power also allows you to sever the Bond(s) between a subject and their Regnant or Thrall.

A] If you wish to sever a Bond involving yourself, no test is necessary.

B] If you wish to sever a Bond involving two separate Kindred, a Mental Challenge for both Regnant and Thrall is required. Cost for this is two (2) temporary Willpower and two (2) Blood if either, or both, targets are unwilling or unknowing. If targets are willing, they each pay one (1) temporary Willpower and one (1) Blood.

ADVANCED

Infatuation of the Blood

You can now increase the potency of your Blood so much that a single drink will Bond an individual Kindred to you instantly, instead of waiting three nights. This is an intense power, and the effect on you is draining. The cost is one (1) Blood and three (3) temporary Willpower to finish the process. The target doesn't notice - unless you count an instant *love* for you - and even then they have to win a Mental Challenge with you to discover the cause.

In any event, you must rest for one (1) hour after using this power.
